Refund Policy – Bath Junkie Houston

At Bath Junkie Houston, many of our products are custom-made to your chosen specifications. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds on the majority of our products.

We encourage you to carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This will allow us to quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made products (unless defective or incorrect upon arrival)

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
